Step 1: Verify your login and password is being entered correctly. Ensure CAPS LOCK isn't on, as that will affect the case-sensitive password you have set for your account.
Step 2: Close your browser completely, then try to login again.
Step 3: If that doesn't work, we recommend clearing your browser's cache. Here's a guide on how to do that (clicking this link will open the instructions in a new tab, so you won't lose your place on this page). After clearing your cache, try to login again.
Step 4: If you are still unable to login, contact the administrator for your mContacts or Measurecare account.
