Who do I contact if I’m locked out or have issues with the app?

The first thing to try is to quit your application and relaunch your app.  

Make sure automatic updates for the mContacts app is active on your mobile device.

If this does not resolve the issue, there are several ways to get help.

1.  Go to the Measurecare Help Center.

2.  Contact your mContacts administrator.

3.  Email us at support@measurecare.com.
